Fried Antipasto


An old time favorite, turned into a wonderful fried bite size delight! Creamy salty and crunchy, all melded together with fantastic flavors! An appetizers they will ask for again..and again…

Fried Antipasto

30 Wanton Wrappers
6 ounce(s) of Philadelphia Cream Cheese Chive & Onion
8 ounce(s) of Roasted Red Pepper-Sliced
3 ounce(s) of Pepperoni-Sliced
1/3 pound(s) of Mozzarella Cheese – Shredded
3 ounce(s) of Green Olives w/ Pimentos-Chopped
6 Slices Bacon-Cooked and Crumbled
3 Inches Oil, For Frying

In the middle of each wanton wrapper smear a generous amount of chive and onion cream cheese, then top with a desired amount of roasted red pepper, pepperoni, mozzarella, olive and bacon. Using your finger, wet the edges of wanton with water, fold wanton over in half, press edges together then crimp edges closed with fork.
In heated deep fryer or pan with hot oil fry, wantons for about 4- 5 minutes or until crispy and lightly brown on the outside and warm and melted in the middle. Drain wantons on paper towel. Place on serving platter and serve. Enjoy<3
