An old classic hand me down recipe, which is a must have in our family has been turned into an easy dip.
Shrimp Dip Stuffed Tomatoes
1 Medium Onion- Finely Chopped
1/2 Green Pepper-Finely Chopped
5 1/2 ounce(s) of Canned Tomato Soup
1/2 cup(s) of Mayonnaise
8 ounce(s) of Philadelphia Cream Cheese Whipped Original
1 pound(s) of Small Cooked Shrimp- Chopped
1 tsp. of Salt
1 tsp. of Pepper
1 pound(s) of Campari Tomatoes
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, except tomatoes.. Chill shrimp mixture while preparing tomatoes. Cut each tomato in half and hollow out insides.
Take chilled shrimp mixture, fill each tomato. Place on serving platter and serve.
