Grilled Lobster Bowl

I am fired up for a barbecue!  This is a grilling experience you will never forget.  Simple, easy and grilled to impress!  Your barbecue will never see this one coming!

Grilled Lobster Bowl

4- 1 ¼ Pound Lobsters

8 Tablespoons Butter

4 Cloves Garlic-Sliced

¾ Cup Wine

1 Cup Broth-Chicken or Seafood

1 Teaspoon Basil

1 Teaspoon Parsley

1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

½ Teaspoon Salt

½ Teaspoon Pepper

2 Teaspoons Seasoned Bread Crumbs

In a very large pot of boiling water, place lobsters into pot and boil for two minutes.  Remove lobster.

Heat up the grill on medium high, place lobsters onto hot grill, bottom side down, close top then cook lobsters for about ten minutes.  More cooking time is required if using bigger lobsters.

Meanwhile in a small sauce pot add the remaining ingredients and simmer until reduced slightly about ten minutes.

Take 4 bowls and evenly pour your butter garlic sauce into each bowl.  Take the grilled lobsters and break off the claw arms and place lobster and arms of one lobster into each bowl.  Serve.  Enjoy<3
