This girl is on a diet and I am sharing with all of you so I will stay on my diet.  I love fatty foods so much… so this is going to be hard for me.  My goal is to loss 13 pounds that I have gained since starting Bella 🙂  Although, so worth the extra pounds because I love every minute and every recipe I share with all of you.  So along with the dread mill for 50 minutes 5 times a week.  I will be sharing my diet menu with you.

My first meal of the day was egg whites with tomatoes and onions and it was really good and I did not feel like I was missing anything, well except sausage or bacon and cheese and butter!   Wish me luck!

Egg Whites W/ Onions and Tomatoes

Drizzle Olive Oil

1 Small Onion – Sliced

½ Tomato – Diced

3 Egg Whites

Salt & Pepper To Taste

Red Pepper Flakes To Taste

2 Slices Wheat Bread

In skillet, on medium low heat, add oil and sauté onion until just starting to soften.  Add in tomatoes, cook for another couple of minutes.  Pour in egg whites and continue to cook until eggs are just cooked and turned white.  Place on plate and sprinkle with desired amount of salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.  Serve with toasted wheat bread.  Enjoy!
