With summer and grilling season upon us, we all need different salads and side dish for the season. Here is a perfect pasta salad that goes with Beef, Chicken, Fish and good old hamburgers and hot-dogs…..
1 Pound Mezzi Rigatoni
14.5 Ounce Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
3 Ounces Cut Olives
Small Bunch Fresh Basil
Good Seasons Dressing
Pinch Salt & Pepper
In large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and place in large bowl. Add in drained tomatoes, olives and basil.
Make dressing with 1/2 Balsamic and 1/2 Red Wine Vinegar. Pour desired amount of dressing into pasta. Cover and refrigerate until cool. Once cooled, taste pasta, add more dressing, salt and pepper if needed. Serve. Enjoy !
