BLT & Garlic Pasta Salad

5 Bacon Slices

1 Pound Shell Pasta

1½ Cups Mayonnaise

½ Cup Sour Cream

2 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar

2 Cloves Garlic –Diced

1 Pint Grape Tomatoes

1 Small Bunch Basil

½ Tablespoon Dried Basil

½ Tablespoon Dried Parsley

Salt & Pepper To Taste

In skillet, cook bacon until crispy and drain on paper towel and set aside.

With a large pot of salted bowling water, cook pasta according to package directions.  Drain pasta and let cool slightly.

Mix together the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.  Stir in mayonnaise mixture with pasta and refrigerate to cool.  When cooled, crumble bacon on top and serve.  Enjoy!
