Broiled Swai Fillets

4 Swai Fillets

3 Cloves Garlic

1/2 Cup White Wine

1/2 Lemon

3/4 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs

1/4 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs

1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil Chopped

1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley Chopped

1 Tablespoon Fresh Thyme

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

2 Tablespoons Butter

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

In oven safe baking dish or individual baking dishes, pour wine and the juice of half a lemon on bottom then sprinkle chopped garlic evenly in the bottom of the pan.  Place fish on top of the wine, lemon and garlic.

In bowl mix together the remaining ingredients except butter.  Top each fish fillet evenly with topping.  Place a dab of butter on top of each fish fillet.  Cook fish in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.  Serve with lemon wedges if desired.  Enjoy!
