Double Chocolate S’more Brownies

Graham Cracker Crumbs

1 Box Brownie Mix


1 Teaspoon Vanilla

1/2 Bag Marshmallows

1 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Make graham cracker crust according package directions.  Press crust into a greased baking dish and cook crust on 350 degrees for about 7 minutes or until lightly brown.

Mix brownie mix according to package directions, substituting cold coffee in place of water and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Bake brownies as package directed.  Remove from oven and let cool slightly.

Cut marshmallows in half and place marshmallows cut side down covering the entire top of the brownies.  Place under broiler for a couple of minutes or until marshmallows are slightly browned.  Remove from oven,  sprinkle with chocolate chips and let cool.  Cut and serve.  Enjoy!
