Grilled Salt And Pepper Chicken W/ lemon Parsley Butter
Picnic Pack Bone in Chicken Parts
Salt & Pepper
5 Tablespoons Butter- Room Temperature
2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley-Chopped
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
Place an individual chicken part into a piece of foil. Generously salt and pepper both sides of chicken.
Season and wrap the remaining chicken. Wrap foil tight for grilling.
On a grill, set on low, cook chicken until almost done. 20- 40 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken.
Remove chicken from foil and on high heat crisp the skin.
Meanwhile; in a small bowl mix together butter, parsley and lemon juice.
Plate chicken, place a dab of butter onto each piece of chicken. Serve. Enjoy!
