Apple-Strawberry-Chocolate Jar Pie’s

4 Apples-Sliced

Juice of 1/2 Lemon

1/3 Cup Sugar

1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

2 Tablespoons Flour

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 Teaspoon Valnilla

1/2 Cup Strawberries- Sliced

1/3 Cup Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips

2 Tablespoons Butter- Broken into small pieces- Extra for Greasing Jars

2 Pie Crusts-  Your Favorite

Egg-Wash ( 1 Egg w/Splash Water)

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.  Peel apples, and slice in wedges.

In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients, except pie crust and egg wash.

Grease Jars with butter, if your fingers don’t reach, use a pastry brush.  Jars size, when filled with water hold 9 ounces.

Place dough into jars. pressing againt glass to secure.  Use a rounded smooth tool to help secure the dough all the way around jars.

Make a decorative top, fill jars evenly with apple mixture.





Egg wash the tops of the dough. Place jars onto a cookie sheet for overflow spillage.

Bake for 35-40 Minutes, or until bubbly and apples are tender.  Cover dough with aluminum foil during cooking if dough starts to brown too much.  Remove from oven, let cool slightly.  Serve warm or room temperature.  Enjoy!

If serving warm, tie a pot holder or pretty napkin around the jar for easy handling.
