Thanksgiving Trail Ice Cream

1 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

1 Cup Pumpkin Puree

3/4 Cup Sugar

1/2 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries

1/4 Cup Mini Marshmallows

1/4 Cup Pecans- Crushed

In a medium sauce pan combined cream, pumpkin, sugar,  pumpkin pie spice and vanilla.  Bring to just a simmer and turn off heat.  Let pumpkin mixture cool then refrigerate until cold.

Place cold pumpkin mixture into your ice cream maker and follow your machines instructions.





When ready to remove from machine fold in cranberries, marshmallows and nuts.  Place in a freezer safe container and place in freezer.

When frozen, take out and serve.  Enjoy!
