1/3 Cup Diced Tomatoes
3 Cloves Garlic-Diced
1-14.5 Ounce White Beans
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning Mix
4 Thinly Sliced Chicken Breast
1 Cup Flour
3 Tablespoons Dried Basil
Salt & Pepper to Taste
In a medium skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, saute onions for a couple of minutes. Add in beans, tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper and Italian seasoning. Saute on Medium- low for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile; In a shallow bowl add flour, basil, salt and pepper. Dredge chicken into flour. In a separate skillet, with olive oil, fry chicken on medium high heat for about 4 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned and cooked through.
Place chicken on serving plate, top with bean mixture and serve. Enjoy!
