Fontina,Muenster and Grape Melt

My daughter hosted a jewelry party recently, and of course, I jumped right in to help     prepare the food!  I wanted something different then just plain old cheese and crackers, but everyone loves cheese and crackers!  Grapes are often served with cheese and crackers….   So I put them all in a pan together and came up with a little appetizer everyone loved!!

1 Cup Fontina Cheese- Cubed

1 Cup Muenster Cheese- Cubed

1 Tablespoon Fresh Thyme – Chopped

1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley – Chopped

1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil -Chopped

1/2 Tablespoon Fresh – Rosemary

3 Cloves of Garlic- Chopped

1 Cup Grapes – Sliced in Half

Place all ingredients into an oven safe pan.  Place in oven set on broil.  Broil for 3-4 minutes, or until melted and bubbly.  Serve with crackers or crostini.  Enjoy!
