Strawberry Chocolate Cheesecake Tart
1 -7 Ounce Strawberry Package Muffin Mix
1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
6 Tablespoons Butter – Melted
Chocolate Mousse- Your favorite recipe
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1- Ounce Package Cream Cheese- Room Temperature
3 Tablespoons Sugar
¼ Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
1 Teaspoon Lemon juice
¼ Teaspoon Vanilla
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.
1 Pint Strawberries-Stems Removed then Cut in Half
1 Sprig Fresh Mint
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium size bowl mix together strawberry muffin mix, Graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press mixture evenly into a 9 inch tart pan. Place in preheated oven and cook for 10 minutes or until crust is slightly golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Place in refrigerator or freezer to cool faster, if desired.
Prepare as per package direction or follow your favorite recipe. Pour into cooled tart shell. Place in the refrigerator to cool.
In a mixing bowl add heavy cream and mix on high until peaks form, about 1 minute. Set aside. In mixing bowl, add cream cheese and sugar, mix on high until pale and fluffy, scraping down sides. Add in remaining topping ingredients, mixing until all ingredients are just mixed through. Fold in whipped cream. Place topping on top of tart, smooth out with spatula. Garnish with strawberries and mint as shown. Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy!
