Easy Game Day Pizza

Using Ciabatta bread insures a crunchy pizza every time, taking the guess work out of trying to make a crunchy crust, and it’s so easy.  Using fresh ingredients makes this pizza burst with Italian flavors.  It’s a definite Score! 

Easy Game Day Pizza

1 Ciabatta Bread Loaf

Olive Oil

1 Large Garlic Clove

1 ½ Cups Sauce-Your favorite

½ Pound Mozzarella Cheese-Sliced

10 Fresh Basil leaves

5 Cherry Tomatoes

¼ Cup Pecorino Romano Cheese

Cut Ciabatta bread in half lengthwise.  Drizzle bread with olive oil and place on cookie sheet and put in oven under broil, watching carefully, until bread is lightly browned. 

Set oven to 350 degrees. Take bread out of oven and rub peeled garlic over bread.  Top each bread with sauce, basil leaves, mozzarella, tomatoes cut in half and pecorino romano.  Bake pizza for 10-15 minutes or until cheese has melted.  Cut into single size portions and serve.  Enjoy<3
