Easy Game Day Pizza
1 Ciabatta Bread Loaf
1 Large Garlic Clove
1 ½ Cups Sauce-Your favorite
½ Pound Mozzarella Cheese-Sliced
10 Fresh Basil leaves
5 Cherry Tomatoes
¼ Cup Pecorino Romano Cheese
Cut Ciabatta bread in half lengthwise. Drizzle bread with olive oil and place on cookie sheet and put in oven under broil, watching carefully, until bread is lightly browned.
Set oven to 350 degrees. Take bread out of oven and rub peeled garlic over bread. Top each bread with sauce, basil leaves, mozzarella, tomatoes cut in half and pecorino romano. Bake pizza for 10-15 minutes or until cheese has melted. Cut into single size portions and serve. Enjoy<3
