Dilled Salmon Rice Cups

Prep time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 40 minutes | Total time: 55 minutes | Servings: 4

6 Cups Cooked Rice

2 Cooked Salmon Fillets

1 Cup Cooked Broccoli

15 Ounces of Philadelphia Cooking Creme Original

1 Tablespoon Dill Mix-Extra for Garnish

1 Tablespoon of Butter-Room Temperature

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In large bowl, combined flaked cooked salmon, cooked broccoli, cooking creme and dill mix then stir together. Set filling aside.

Grease four-5 inch round ramekin dishes liberally with softened butter. Place four cups of rice, evenly distributed between ramekin dishes, pressing rice into bottom and up sides. Use buttered siren wrap to push rice into cups if rice is too sticky.

Divide the filling evenly between each ramekin and fill each one. Using the last two cups of cooked rice and top each ramekin evenly.

Place filled ramekins on cookie sheet and place in preheated oven for 40 minutes.

Taking knife around the inside edge of each ramekin dish to loosen rice off edges. Place serving plate on top of each ramekin dish and flip to invert rice cups, and carefully remove rice cup from ramekin. Garnish with extra pinch of dill mix. Serve. Enjoy<3
