Chicken Pepperoncini

Correction on the video..it is a cup of white wine, broth and pepperoncini juice….not a 1/2 cup as I stated in my video……I was using amounts for 4……Sorry for any inconvenience. 

Chicken Pepperoncini is my most asked for recipe.  I have made it over and over again and my family and friends never get tired of it!  So my first video for Bella had to be this recipe.

* Recipe calls for a slice of tomato on each peice of chicken.  The video shows no tomato, due to the fact, we weren’t in the mood for tomatoes!   Sometimes I use roasted Red Peppers…that’s good too!

I am involved with an online video cooking competition community hosted by Kraft, with Paula Deen as our spoke person.  Real Women of Philadelphia (RWOP) started as a friendly competition and it has grown into a community of friends and family; a bonding of women and men around the country! I am very proud to be part of the RWOP, this community is amazing, even though it’s a competition, the support, kindness and encouragement shown and felt by everyone in this community is truly incredible!

This community started as a simple recipe competition and it took off like wild fire and we are still around, thousands and thousands of us across the country, almost a year later.  We are still competing in different competitions on the RWOP community; our current ongoing competition is developing video pitches for their newest product on the market, Kraft, Philadelphia Cooking Creme.  Our imaginations, creativity and skills are endless and boundless!

Here is just a couple of the many video’s I have submitted.

These video’s are two of the recipe video’s submitted into the RWOP , although neither was chosen the winner, they are winning recipes!  Experience is the key to learning and I believe I am getting more comfortable in front of the camera, and gaining a lot of experience!  lol
